The European Outsourcing Association's
3rd Annual Conference

Trans Europe Express: The Next Stop on the Outsourcing Journey

With Europe having overtaken the US as the global leader in outsourcing for the first time*, the European Outsourcing Association's 3rd Annual Conference will review the key trends driving the dramatic growth of the European outsourcing market.

Join a panel of esteemed speakers, including industry analysts, journalists, academics and practitioners, to gain insight into:

  • Outsourcing best practice from across the continent through a series of end user case studies
  • The geographical and industry sector shifts in European outsourcing deal activity
  • How the global service delivery model is impacting buying patterns, and how global and European outsourcing providers have responded to this
  • The merits of established and emerging offshore locations, including rapidly developing regions within Europe itself, in light of the predicted surge in European offshore spending during 2008

This year, the EOA conference has an exciting new interactive format which will actively involve the delegate's views on current hot topics, such as the implications of the global credit crunch on the industry, and provide invaluable insight into the future direction of the European outsourcing market.
